OOOLALA. It’s just been a few days since I’ve been trying Born Lippy by The Body Shop. I got mine in strawberry, but there are other flavors like pink guava, watermelon or raspberry. When I first opened the cap to this lip balm, IT SMELLED SO GOOD. It almost makes me want to eat it. I’ve been searching for a really good lip balm for about a few months. I’ve been hooked on my Burt’s Bees, but it ran out! So, I tried Blistex’s mint medicated balm to see if it was any good. It was… okay, but Burt’s Bees could easily top it any day. However, Born Lippy is an amazing product! But you’re not spending the 1-3 dollars buying some chapstick. Kinda pricey for some lip balm, it was eight dollars. But I think it was a great buy. This gives the effect of lip gloss. After you apply it, it leaves your lips shiny and moisturized. It actually has a little tint to it, but its really sheer. This Born Lippy uses natural strawberry extract to condition the skin, organic beeswax to act as a barrier to seal in moisture, and lanolin to moisturize. This product is 10 ml 0.31 oz (9 grams) and is good for twelve months. I can’t say enough good things about this! I can’t wait to use it this school year.
